The Laurea Spa is inspired by the Laurissilva forest, our ancient tunnels ('furados') and our island's lagoons. With 3100 m², this Spa is the largest in Portugal and one of the largest in Europe. It has 11 treatment rooms, a gym and offers a wide range of massages, facials, and relaxation programmes.

Designed by interior designer Nini Andrade Silva, born in Madeira, in partnership with RH+ Arquitectos, Savoy Palace is truly a tribute to the island of Madeira, with 309 rooms, a 3100 m2 spa, 6 swimming pools, 8 restaurants and bars, as well as several conference rooms (the main room has a capacity for 1400 people). Inspired by exuberant landscapes and centuries-old traditions, Savoy Palace reflects unique characteristics through details such as the Laurissilva forest, the Madeira embroidery or references to the 'levadas', 'furados' and lagoons, so typical of the Region and possible to discover in the spa's magnificent caves.
