Ponta Gorda Bathing Complex

The Ponta Gorda Bathing Complex is located in the tourist area of Funchal. It is precisely its proximity to the seafront public promenade that makes this bathing area one of the first options for bathing, both for tourists and residents. This is the second largest bathing complex in Funchal, with an extensive solarium area and two saltwater pools - one for adults and another for children - as well as a tidal pool with cyclically renewed water.
