PR 19 - Caminho Real do Paul do Mar

Caminho Real do Paul do Mar is a short 1.8 km trail with an estimated duration of 1:20 hours, downhill from the parish of Prazeres to Paul do Mar, with a scenery composed of agricultural terraces.

Of moderate difficulty, Caminho Real do Paul do Mar begins at an altitude of around 550 metres.

Right from the start, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the perspective from the Lombo da Rocha viewpoint over the parishes of Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar.

This trail, which zig-zags downhill, is part of Madeira's historical heritage.
